A New Industrial Era
The First Industrial Revolution introduced mechanization through steam power. The Second enabled mass production through electricity and global distribution. The Third shifted industry toward computing, digital communication, and automated systems. Today, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by artificial intelligence, decentralized networks, advanced data infrastructure, and technology that connects physical environments with digital decision-making.
Modern Society Labs (MSL) was founded in 2020 to ensure that communities, particularly those historically excluded from economic growth, can shape and benefit from this new industrial era.
